I am a psychotherapist and LMFT with experience in supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families. I offer diverse clients a safe space to address their unique challenges and needs by providing a a trauma-informed, integrative, client-focused, and collaborative therapeutic experience. My focus areas include stress, depression, anxiety, panic, life transitions, relationships, self-esteem, attachment issues, and self-discovery. I employ a variety of therapeutic approaches depending on client needs, including Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic approaches, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment theory, Dialectical Behavioral Theory, and Narrative Therapy. Regardless of approach, I believe that the strength of the therapist-client relationship is key to a client’s potential growth and change.
