Karin Mathews Whitman, LMFT

Relieve. Rediscover. Reclaim.

Sometimes, we get lost. Depression, anxiety, panic, anger, avoidance, dependence, reactivity, impulsiveness, and "stuckness" act as barriers, blocking our connections to self and others. Therapy provides a safe space to pull over, find relief, and work to dismantle barriers that keep us from rediscovering our way home.
